You can book your appointment online using our secure booking tool, or by calling our office directly. If you have an urgent concern or need help finding the right time, our staff is happy to assist you by phone.

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of your current medications, and any recent X-rays or MRI results if available. If you’ve seen another orthopedic specialist, bringing prior medical records or operative reports can help us understand your history. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes so we can easily examine your hip or knee if needed.

We accept most major insurance plans and Medicare. If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please call our office—our team can verify your coverage and answer any billing questions before your visit.

Our clinic and surgical suite are at 3202 N. Hospital Drive, Suite #2, Hammond, Indiana. We offer free, convenient parking right outside the building, with wheelchair-accessible entry and easy drop-off.

Most patients can schedule a visit without a referral. However, some insurance plans do require a referral from your primary care provider. If you’re not sure, call us and we’ll help you confirm what’s needed.

Yes, second opinions are welcome and encouraged—especially if you have questions about hip or knee surgery, need confirmation on a diagnosis, or simply want to discuss your options. There’s no obligation, and we’re here to help you make the decision that’s right for you.

Please call our office during business hours for refills. Try to request refills at least 2–3 days before your medication runs out. For certain medications, a follow-up visit may be required for safety.
